The Irony of this Photograph.
Margaret Bourke-White, The Louisville Flood, 1937
She was a great photographer and a pioneer for women. Being able to grace the first cover of LIFE Magazine, in a time where men dominated the Photography field. Salute. She also had an eye for story telling in her photography without any words. 
“World’s Highest Standard of Living: There’s no way like the American Way”. Right. 
Thank you for exposing the truth Margaret.
